OP shadow pool has nothing to do with behavior score (I think) and hidden pool and from what I know technically you should be out of it as soon as you stop running multiple instances or whatever you did, in like 1-2 days. How long has it been since you stopped abusing? If it hasn't been a long time I suggest you to play for a week or so and see how it goes. If the situation doesn't change then you can try to contact the Valve support or explain your issue in a dedicated forum.
