Rubick has his passive skill that gives him extra cast range on his spells. And he might have had the Aether Lens. With those two, he can blink way further than the original heroes can. That is why.
Rubick also does bonus damage with the spells he steals.
Probably not cheating going on here, just Rubick being "better than anyone else in magica".
E-Blade +250 range, Rubick skill +240 range. That is +490 range on the spells.
AM and QoP blink range 1150... So that is almost 50% extra range. Which can look really wild because the normal heroes with these spells don't build E-Blade/Aether Lens.

I don't think he might click on minimap, so probably he got 2 montiros or a very large monitor probably though I have no idea how it works

Spectating from Rubick's player perspective. He blinks almost out of screen corner, out of screen and cast spells there. How can this be possible?
