-reinstall dota : clear dota2 chache/fingerprint
-reinstall windows
-make new account
-use nord vpn
-dont link phonenumber that already use on another dota account

Hello guys my brother wants to play dota but all the time his account get tagged as smurf while using my pc eventhough he's a new player. How can he avoid this?
