in my experience on my smurf as a pos 5, chance of playing against smurf is 10%.
u play 10 game per day ofcourse u matched agasint another smurf in 4 days!

i didnt complained once in my life about smurfs since i were 900 mmr. i didnt felt once im losing a game cause of smurfs. as you can see i end up being high mmr :)
im not smurfing to stomp noobs and not tryharding on smurfs. once i did and i got banned :)
i tried 2 times queue mid on my main and end up not finding a game in 25 fucking minutes. while when i queue 5 maximum queue time for others is ~10 min.
