winrate:
~40-50 = 3k mmr
~50-60 =4k mmr
~60-70=5k+
and skill of course:
normal skill on dotabuff = 1-2k mmr
high skill = 2-3k
very high = 3k-6k(depends on winrate)

@Cyber Park better you play normal game ruther turbo its easiest to get 100hrs to calib your mmr.
First 30 games from the first time you play dota2, new account or old account. Winning a game is a big factor especially the 10 games medal calibration however, if you have low KDA, it will significantly lowers you medal. So, KDA comes first in evaluation the first 30 games in dota2 followed by a win rate. Below 3k is Normal Skill (NS), 3k-4k is High Skill (HS) and above 4k is (VHS). I think the max limit that had been reached as per reading this forum in dotabuff is 5.4k core and 5.6k is the starting medal for Immortal. IMO(In My own Opinion) the ceiling in mmr is 5.4k. After your first 30 games in dota2, I suggest that you use the level 3 complex heroes which is listed below.
You will know that you are still calibration using new account when you were unable to select the level 3 most complex heroes namely:
1. Invoker
2. Shadow Demon
3. Morphling
4. Lone Druid
5. Arc Warden
6. Brewmaster
7. Earth Spirit
8. Visage
9. Oracle
10. Rubik
11. Chen
12. Meepo
Out of 7 smurf dota2 accounts, one has 1 year dota plus before I start my first game but still resulted to archon 1 core with a KDA of 1.8
