he's a great hero, but a pain in the ass to lane against

he never left. plus he wasn't nerfed while the other top winrate picks are nerfed.

I run into a dilemma with skill points. Need the burst heal/dmg of pulse, but heartstopper for the regen. I currently run it 2-1-2 at lvl 5, going EQQWE...

is he viable now? i thought he didnt receive any buff recently

yeah 2 1 2 is the preferred build most of the time, nerco got minor buffs but its counters got nerfed

i love the hero but I dont think its viable in offlane atm because of the fast xp gain needed... in mid it works tho. i normally go Q-E-Q-W-E and then just max out 1st just because of the burst

Hes is great at the moment, monster in offlane paired with winter/ dazzle/ treant.
Midlane its more situacional
