Hello yes battle cry (including the magic immunity) effects all units under Lone Druid's control.
This includes necro book, hotd units, etc.

But why would you buy necronomicon on Lone? Don`t get that.

There actually used to be a bug I think where if the person playing LD disconnects and someone else controls him and casts bcry, it effects all allied units in its default aoe range (so all creeps + heroes). Something having to do with how unit control works for disconnected units or something.
