go into demo and pick that hero and then delete the bindings 1 by 1, then bind them all again, then it'll stay.

i think its this but im not sure:
go to settings where is the map and all that shit and at the right bottom you have something like "Show Help Tips" and it is enabled by default.. go disable it and it will save your changes..

for every game i play i have to change the keyboard settings (Enable quick cast, etc) for every hero. and later when i play sometimes the changed setting is saved, and sometimes it's not so i have to redo it for every match. Any ideas on how to save the setting for each hero?
