Integrated graphic cards have got way better over the years, and the way the memory transfer is performed between RAM, CPU and an integrated GPU has been greatly improved. Do realize that even an integrated graphic card is still a graphic card with all functions of one, it is just built into a CPU with a reduced set of features (but has a tighter link to CPU and RAM due to this). An external graphic card trying to share RAM as VRAM is going to be way slower than an integrated solution.
what is the recommended settings for dota actually? For example does texture quality matter for the game? I always thought that my eyes get tired but it might be not true after all
texture quality is just the resolution of the texture that is used, most graphic cards can run it on high setting anyways and it just looks better, i hate blurry shit
