You really should have just stopped after the 3rd loss in a row.

Going by your most played heros you are new to support role.
I would play unranked for a while spam certain support heros that are good currently and learn them well 15+ games on each.
Maybe watch some youtube videos on support basics.
If you lose 3 games in a row take a break or play unranked.
Think about the items you and your team needs and the time you can possibly get them.
