it's legit, you buy it against mass ghost scepters, against necroand in general against shit you need to purge, but also when you need mana burn
overall it's pretty decent actually, but you don't get it too early since you need a lot of other shit first
Legit because this is the answer to wreck WK,besides his crit and mana burn combined will make WK just a paper
Thing is,why you build SB on him?
@justSpec I build SB against heroes who has high escape mechanism (Storm and Ember) so that they cannot see me when I invi stun and execute combo
