Playing at peak hours is only recommended if you are on the extremely high mmr in your server.
Ie 9k player queuing off peak might run the risk of getting 4 team mates of 6k because there aren't enough 9k players queuing at that time.
As for normal, HS, vhs it just mmr based

Does time affect the skill bracket that you will get? For example when you play early morning and high skill players tend to play at night. Will it affect your skill bracket even you have 700 gpm and xpm. Mine surely does. Help please ty 😁
