I'm from 3k too but managed to climb back to mid 4k by picking what my team needs, i can see that you only play core, that's your problem, if u cant adjust for your team then you deserve to be in there.

as u can see,, i got VHS .. AND MY FIRST RANKED MATCH IN 4,4K AND WHEN I CALIBRATE I WIN 8 LOSE 2 = 3,5K nc deal :) ^_^
