Basicly pick some Support hero that can win the teamfights (warlock disrupter) or pick roaming hero that win the lanes (kunkka pudge riki) is easiest way to escape 4k.
And also dont tilt thats my Personal Problem.

get to 5k that's how. worse case, go down to 3k. you still managed to escape 4k ;)
