what is the point of this suggestion , i mean that will only delay the smurfers for like a month or two until they done the 300 bot games and then they will be back to ruin games again
if bot games running automatically with almost no search time it it can be easily like 20 games a day 600 game a month so yeah it is pretty easy for a professional account seller who cause the whole problem
they run 5 accounts coded to feed vs five accounts coded to win on unpopular server in unpopular time so they get matched against each other , normal bot games are not counted long ago
WTF dude, you have a 45% win rate, and you're a smurf yourself. 3.5 max calibration is the best thing to happen to Dota in a long time next to being able to ban heroes in ranked.
You literally play jungle BS and legion, the two most pubbiest, easiest heroes.

i hope valve will change back the max calibrating system which is 4.999k mmr but to avoid too many smurfER valve should do something ...like 300games first before calibrating .... 300games in normal then TBD rank!
