If you are managing to play 12000 hours in a span of a 4 years (which is 9hours per day) and combined that with consistent healthy life followed by proper exercising and quality daily social life with an addition of good grades and fulfilling obligations, then congratz, thats it. Not many people can do that.
@Coroner, OP has only 6500 hours in DotA games. Now that doesn't count the hundreds of hours to account for watched games, or queue times, but it is more realistic than your portrayed 12000. Why don't you stop and use da brain m8.

Or.... are just super chill and are more concerned about playing ranked casually (i literally have NO idea why this would be). I suppose slow learning could be a cause as well? But that slow learning is because of duning kruger.
Also, if you are chill and don't care about improving, stop playing ranked.

according to this data https://www.opendota.com/distributions 4k is top 15%, obviously it's skewed but i'm sure that even in worst case scenario there are at least 5% 4k+ players
