use one of the famous trading websites, they charge a small fee but the risk is reduced greatly
do not find buyers on your own through other channels

Ive been using lootmarket. Sold all my stuff with quite good money. That fee isnt that big also. I can totally recommend this site.

It's such a mission tho u have to confirm every single item via email - anyone know how to get around this?
