There is no literally no item in the game that doesnt stack with one another.
Multiple Feedbacks from Diffusal Blade??

there is only lifesteal items, Mana break and Arcane orb that is UAM now. And a good OD would rather get octarine rather than lifesteal. So only hero that is acctually affected by UAM is acctually just Anti Mage. I dont see the point of having UAMs anymore. Anti Mage is already below 50 percent winrate. Changing his Mana break to non-UAM wont suddenly make him overpowered.
these uam toggle-abilities (or most of them can be toggled) used to be some extra strong rightclicking stuff (caustic finale, glaive of wisdom, mana break, arcane orb etc.) so it was understandable why they didnt stack with some items to balance the abilities down. but now, yeah, i guess it doesnt even matter anymore
This is a fair point honestly, and I thought about this as well after the previous patch... On wikipedia it shows only 3 UAMs existing right now, and if I remember right, there were over a dozen atleast before they got changed one by one... Still, these three UAMs atleast make sense... You would not want an OD to lifesteal off of his arcane orbs, nor the AM from his mana break.... You may think it doesn't make them overpowered, but it certainly does... However Deso and Skadi should have stayed UAMs imho...
Pretty sure vlads doesn't work, because arcane orb deals damage in another instance. Which means it wouldn't work with other sources of lifesteal right? Then why make it a UAM?
I think eventually they would remove all the UAMs, as from what we can see from deso and drow recently (and viper a bit back ago), so that any item combinations can stack on top of each other. To keep it balanced multiple non-aura lifesteals would still not stack (and mana burns), otherwise valve is probably striving towards making the game more simplistic for players.
