its not that bad, basically 19 dmg or 30 dmg (if you count backstab) for 900 gold is great indeed, but riki is very squishy hero, and if you build only aquilas... i would say you need to be 8k not to feed :) i would say it would not work on random 3k nob.

i try in 4 match build like that and all win , but i`m not use phase boot i`m using tranquil

3 Aquila, the two sage's mask and two ring of protection are completely useless, 1000 gold wasted, mana regen and armor aura don't stack, it's better to do one Aquila, 3 wraith band, triple Aquila is just a troll by boboka.
