Lose streaks have to do with your mindset. Sometimes taking a break doesn't help. You could be hanging onto a wrong thought that's causing you to make bad decisions over and over. U should try meditation and fapping to your favorite porn star to set things straight.
Jacked's advice is exactly what I did and I am almost back to my peak mmr after dropping 525 mmr haha
yeah happened to me the reason i lost so many games is that i feel i should be studying instead of playing dota
Thats bc u got carry by your teammate to 4800 then ur teammate became bad and u droped to 4400 u should ply carry by yourself its real slow to go 5k with sup
if you lose mmr and you learn from them, they are more valuable than if you learn nothing and win.
if you lose mmr and u learn nothing or reflect nothing about your losses, you are expected to drop even further.
There's no magical technique for preventing losing streaks, there's been thousands of these threads asking how to prevent them, but in reality it's basic probability. You play hundreds or even thousands of matches, no matter how GOOD you are, YOU ARE GOING TO GET A LOSING STREAK. The only thing that matters is how you handle them, and how you can shorten them.
it's not a bad thing considering you're playing a hero that you are not good with.
take it as a lesson. damn 400mmr is such a small thing.
just think of it as practice. you should not take it seriously unless you played with your best hero and still lose.

Hello, I recently dropped from 4.8k to 4.4k, most probably because I am playing badly, if you check any of my recent matches. I tried playing Jakiro a lot in a few of my matches, and i managed to win 4 games in a row with him, then lose 5 :/. Can someone give me any advice on improving, and generally just getting over a loosing streak?
(Ignore my unranked matches, I let my brother play unranked on my account)
