it's actually a buff if you play like miracle (he always considers damage and armor over amp and cd red) and now you can choose which kind of damge resistance do you need more:physical or magical without taking out the cd reduction option (if u are playing rightclick ember u would consider +2 chains tho

They changed the 20 talent from 15% cdr to the 500 flameguard absorption. And now the 20 % cdr is in the 25 talent with the 2+ searing chains. Does this mean that permachainsing people no longer a thing, or do you not get that talent anymore?
