Every 100 mmr ahead or behind there is different no matter where you stand at.

3k ppl started to farm midgame i think. More support than 2k but they cant seem to find impact in the game. The weakness of 1-3k that they cant stop the snowball of enemy team

3ks are the worst. They think they are good at the game and want to try new builds, Carrys. Ect. At least 2ks know they are shit and don't waste time trying new shit and just stick with what works.
3ks think they are any better than 2ks and that's what holds them in the 3k bracket.

between 2.9 and 3.1 there is a really huge diference.

2.9 is (somehow) a bit skilled, only few retarded players are met here

3.1 is elo boosted kid center, everyone is bad, everyone will troll and feed here. just like 2.1K

TL;DR, if you are at the bottom of a MMR bracket (0-700), take stompers. don't expect any good players here.
higher MMR bracket, teamwork (700-999). expect some competition.

in my experience 2.9k is the most cancer bracket. but it might be just my abysmal behavior score.

Not really. 2k mmr is the so-called ‘trench tier’. There are plethoric people there who blame the system for their mmr. Read through this including the comments (https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=822030614&searchtext=why+I+win+at+dota). It is just some autist with many excuses.

Practically speaking 200 mmr doesn't make a difference. It's all perception that makes u think a group is playing better. U will encounter 2.9 avgs that play better than 3.1 and 3.1 avgs that play like noobs.

But of course there are concrete differences in the way different brackets play. But some ppl are just more sensitive to small differences. Others only notice after a certain threshold is crossed.

there is big differencw in 4100 mmr and 4400 for sure
then again i know its difference in 2900 and 3500 because i was there
but its easy to pass those walls if u know Tinker Naga( under 20 min radi)

Also took me 6 months to get from 1.4k to 2.9k lol, and all I've noticed is that everyone is as dogshit as before but now people pick supports instead of retarded 5-man carry lineups, which still happens quite often like 5/10 games, when in 1k it was 9/10 and the general mind set every game was FARM --> FAT --> WIN.

It took me 6 months to get from 1.2k to 3.3k

The only difference in 3k you'll see is from 3.8k+ and above.
