I think it might be a good alternative to Euls on Lina and Leshrac. Its better for setting up the stun and it gives HP. Only downside is no Mana regen and its not as good defensively.

don't forget atos also gives you 30 damage which is not little at all, plus unlike euls the target is not invulnerable so you can pound on them for a while

also yeah storm really got hit by the root rework, now he can't even assure a fucking ember won't kill him

Storm is still good, just that he wud need bkb more against those kinds of lineups. Also if ur good enough u can dodge the atos projectile as storm, but its rlly hard.

I think the new mid lina build is phase > atos > sb > aghs > silver edge > octarine/bloodthorn/mkb/hex/linkens. Fit in a bkb if u need it. Blink to replace sb also by preference. Force staff too if needed.

Arc --> Aether --> Phase --> Aghs --> Situational.
