It's level 15 tho so idk how long you can afford not having lifesteal. Guess you would just weave in and out with dagger/blink, but idk.
You get levels fast, and before you just spam dagger in teamfights and for 100% certain kills, plus the lifesteal stacks with deso.
You get level 15 20 mins in the game, typically, so its not that fast. Anyway, even without the lifesteal trait the no vlad-deso rush was pretty prominent, so I guess with the new ls trait it would encourage that kind of build more. You don't even need a support to rush Vlads for you anymore with that build.
do you really need roa on pa? i think raindrops are enough for mana and make up the dmg by getting deso faster.
also maybe get vang right after deso then basher? with the lifefsteal thing you should have a MASSIVE power spike at 15-18, take aegis and try to take a rax.
late game you can get a skadi as well since you lifesteal and deso will all still stack with it.
The lifesteal is nice but pa is bursty i dont see it being a MASSIVE power spike. I think phase wand deso bkb abyssal as the build, echo sabre seems unecessary. So does armlet.

With the lifesteal talente you can just skip buying a lifesteal item
How about phase - aquilla - deso - armlet - get aegis - echo - bkb - abyssal
