they do stack except for additional minibash dmg not being multiplied by crit. generally, you rarely get both of these items, though, just because they are kinda similar, and u might want to invest into some other aspect like survivability or w/e else.

U can process both just not on the same hit. Not sure which one gets priority. Either way crits can't amplify mkb proc cuz the minibash bonus DMG is magical.

Bashes and critical strikes can proc on the same attack, and are never multiplied. Aka bashes don't crit, but you can get a crit on the same attack as a bash.
