30% magic resistance is nowhere close to as good as magic immunity

depends if your enemies have high magic damage but not hard disabler skills i think it is good to build pipe

but if your enemies have much more hard disabler skills rather than the magic damage, bkb is better

U forgot to buy deso, the minus armor means the physical DMG of mana burn is amped Kappa
