if you did mean the break mechanic, if timber gets hit by break and he has no stacks on, he wont be able to accumulate new ones

however, if he was break'd when he had let's say 8 stacks, it will stay at 8 stacks and he wont be able to accumulate more. his 8 stacks of reactive will stay though
