^^ yeah i think all other Mobas are in decline to LoL but i dont think DotA players are leaving DotA for LoL. DotA isn't dying but its shrinking.

That is because League cannot deny, plus they have no in-client voice chat like Dotes does, if they did I am certain it would be far more toxic and you would probably hear a 9 year old crying.
