Was trying to fix my brothers pc recently, he had average 50 fps and after 30 mins or in big teamfights fps droped to 29 and game was terrible... i managed to fix this shit with these settings on Nvidia control panel
hes got now 90fps and lowest dips are like 45-50 and the best thing is that fps raise instantly to 90-95 no matter the game length
