the first build you've described is the standard build, it's fine.
void won't benefit from stats early, his spells have really amazing scaling.
His time dilation is pretty amazing actually, though a value point early is usually enough and I would still max time lock and time walk after a value point. Think about that 6 seconds, think how long that is to add onto like a sven's warcry or storm hammer or tinker's laser, abilities they spam in fights. You almost double the cooldown on some with just one point and you don't have to get perfect casts off either.

Usually when playing fv I max time walk, bash, and chrono then put the rest in stats, I believe it gives fv much more damage, health earlier which really help him.
The only time I would put points into his w is if there is a blinking hero, or a timber that can really shit on a team if his cds are low.
Do you guys think this build is viable? This is the only way I have played fv for a while now, and I understand that since my games are only in upper 2k bracket it may not be as good later on in higher skill games. what do you guys think?
