Lion in the team Overthrow's, cuz once you get a few items (aether lens, Agh's, O-Core) you kill steal every one.

Oracle in the solo Overthrow.

Tornado is great for KS'ing. Sun Strikes. Deafening Blast (knockback/disarm enemy while taking the hero you were gunna KS). Ice Wall to keep chase's in your advantage.
