Watch prank to make my mood become better. Or giving money to some homeless on my way to cyber cafe. This make me happier, when im happy i play better. Also some ciggaretes while finding match.
Lol, im at Malaysia. But sometime my happy mood dissapear because of thrower or trash talker.
I usually just pick a song that I'm feeling atm and then find the ten hour version and play it.
before = expect some great match of a pure competitive game of teamwork
during = gets a game of greedy pricks
after = thinking why am I still stuck in this toxic community even when I won

Before I play nothing special, after I play:
- Rage about how the fuck this guy i'm arguing with even got to my MMR range, especially with how poorly he played. Then I proceed to check his steam profile and notice it only has 100 hours on it, and a 47-48% win rate on Dota buff.
- Rage about how useless my supports were, and how the lion just stood still in lane while I was being harassed by an offlane Centuar for FREE when playing Slark, literally just stood there with the occasional right click on centuar, didn't stack, didn't pull, didn't rotate, NOTHING. Then bitches at me for "bitching at him " about doing nothing. Then has the nerve to say " GG no real carry, carry noob " despite our whole team but me feeding. lmao People seriously can't expect to win games playing that passive can they, can THEY!?
The list goes on, but after about 15 mins of venting, I take an hour + break, then get back on the grind with a clear head.
before - facebook/youtube/etc
during - focus on the game watdafuq hahahaha
after - watch movies
I play some grime or non-party techno as warmup and then i play a 2h set or smth to keep me going for 2 games, then i take a pause unless it's 1-1 and i'm hyped.
I like midday coffee dotes as well as midnight dotes.
Usually just think about whats about to come; a bunch of raging feeding noobs that will make me feel like i have cancer :)
Exercise , get those juices flowing . Evidently , the shitheads in my server don't do enough of this .
Before: Pee
During: Play
After: go to dotabuff and reflect on why did I lose dat match so bad :(
Before : go to DB to predict some mmrs
during : listen to Tiesto's podcasts
after : pee and then predict again
Before a game: I drink water and stretch.
After a game: I go to Dotabuff or Dota2 Steam Discussions and complain about a hero.
