just play man u can reach hs again when u drop to normal skill (if u play gud enough)
Hero damage, but i can be wrong.
Your kda is good, thats why you reached high skill.
As said earlier, even if you drop back to normall skill its not so hard to get back.
If you will improve your kda and damage a bit more, you can enter very high skill bracket.
