At the end of the day were all just humans with bad and good days. Yesterday I woke up at 4am to watch Manilla and played the worst tinker of my life at in a game at 10pm simply because i nearly fell asleep playing.
Also the 4k bracket is probably the one with the highest % of account buyers so that might explain your problem aswell.
Inspect their profile, most garbage players in 4k or 4.5k+ I've seen either Less than 100 games played or account created 1-2months ago.
They're most likely:
1. Account buyer
2. Smurf who abuses the system to get to 4k but their main acc is actually just 2k or 3k
Garbage are very where,that's likely the nature of dota2.
Smurfs & party stacks are true cancer of this game.
