you don't have to max 2nd skill but minimum skilling it to level 3 is a must for the increased speed and range lmao

He max 3rd skill in early game, only put 1 for 1 for frst skill and 3rd skill. He keep diving and enemy always dodge his chain, so whats problem max his frst skill frst if he like to go dive to enemy?
Watching one 7K player do something once doesn't mean its good every game. Maybe he was up against a Meepo or an Illusion hero and he really wanted the larger AOE that his first skill provides. He wouldn't necessarily max out q in his next game. Timber's second skill provides more damage then his first (because its pure) and more range on the chain as you max it up so in general its the best skill to max.
For most heroes there is no best skill build. The best skill build changes for each game. For timber however in most games maxing chain is the best choice.
U should probably always max 2nd skill first. Though at the early game it might be better to go 2 1 2 then max 2nd.
