Surprised to hear that,I thought no one buys it.U buy it vs which heroes exactly?

I buy it because its a lot of mana regen cheap and nearly every linup has some sort of nuke that its going to block. I especially like it on initiators like Clockwerk because that 120 magic damage block is the difference between dying and getting a kill. And the regen it gives clock is amazing. I like to have one with me until I run out of slots.

blademail is very strong now. i get it even on heros like lich :)
