no, blank skill bracket is just a result of random errors in steam API. those matches are Normal Skill in most cases.
I think your unranked mmr bracket is decided before you do the ranked calibration or something ~

So in some of my dotabuff games, sometimes i see a game whitout skill bracket, since i play pubs 99% of the time, am i "leveling up" my bracket on those games, playing with people that are normal and high skill? Or it is a bug?
How to get my bracket up, do i need to farm more? since i play various positions, what is the best way to rank up, or on pubs we only got normal matchmaking.
