i dont get packet loss because im currently in china. i get 200 ping on sea server. used to be 60 but it seems china servers, like everything else made in china, is shit.
I havent played in China server since Perfect World came around and chastity belted the place.
Couldnt get in either, so you are on your own bro.
(Unless you dont mind playing on SEA server)
