What you mean nerf duh spec is balance because badman know how to play spec and other peole copy cat game play and build

yea i agree spec hv high win percentage ... but at my range , ppl put spec solo safelane ... then it become opp safelane..

Better to spam Ark, Beastmaster, or Oracle.
