There's nothing wrong with that item build. I don't really recommend ac because at that point in the game, you should be positioned at the back and not be taking damage.

At lower MMR, you can probably start at by dominating the large camp on the enemy's side instead. Regardless of whatever big creep it is, you usually win the start as long as you micro your hero and the creep accordingly. Ehhhh, don't roam too much until at least after drums. Your job is to fuck their start THEN transition into a carry-ish type.
Enchant big purple creep that throws the balls of damage and build phase boots drums dragon lance and aghs and bkb at some point depending on how bad you need it. Enchant has built in hp regen she just needs stats, u can focus on damage items and ignore mana regen cuz she does so much damage with dragon lance and aghs that its worth just getting mana at base then wrecking enemies. If u spend time getting orchid over stuff like drums for stats and dragon lance and aghs, ur enemies have time to get bkb and be strong enough to kill you.
Phase > drums > dragon lance, fight > bkb / aghs
Moon shard is amazing after core itrms
hadoken satyr is rly strong but its the only creep i can use well
i cant do enchant into centaur stun/tomato slam cuz my micro is still bad
the chicken creep is so useless
chicken creep is actually top1 lane winning creep that requires zero micro control.
centaur is shit, as well as ursa, u can use them to harras supports, or in a defensive position (or paired with troll).
troll is good cz of net that puerces spell immunity, and provides reliable disable.
satir is the best creep against weak lanes, and easy to use. 8 sec sec cd nuke that u can cast 6 times is just amazing.
pink bear is the best. place it in the trees, summon tornado, make tornado follow enemy carry, resummon this creep later cz enchant lasts only 80 secs and cd on tornado is huge af, so u could use 2nd tornado, too.

ive randomed this deer teice alr in single draft games and wven used her in one of my ranked games and hoooo boy, she is strong
however it seems like my laning phase still lacks some work in it and when i die once during the 25 min mark and lose whatever streak i just become useless
as for item build idk what to build too so i just go phase drum lance aghs moonshard/ac
