Very strange, you have a decent kda and not bad gpm/xpm.. You should be at last 3.7-4k on fisrt calibration match. Btw, you have done nice at that spec game and this will make u vhs for sure, Im very curious about your calibration bro, im on same situation.. Pls, tell me how much u got on this post.. Im near lvl 50 too
Dunno, first game seems to significantly undercut you compared to your unranked rating. I played vs 6k players all the time in unranked yet my first calibration game was 4.2k.
I think it is normal but i don't know why, on my second acc where i ended up calibrating around 3700 my first game was around 2k average even though i was in high in my normal solo matches... Maybe it is because you get matched up with somebody who has extreemely low mmr in the team therefore average goes down.
MMR is only a damn number. Focus on your skill and u will grind it in long term, wherever u calibrate.
I tried a smurf just for fun and I got vhs after 4 games. The vhs are very very easy, much easier than ranked at normal skill / high skill (I'm 3.3k)

Update: Won 5 straight, lost by 6th. I'm now in vhs averaging 4.5, my first game was just 3.2. I'll post my calibration results here when I'm done
same here after calibration, with 7 wins. tada! now im a normal skill with 2k mmr. sounds gud algorthm valve
