rp first.
during the 37 years of time they are stunned you can think about how to want to skewer them. it's not exactly hard. generally you bring them closer to your team, or use it to lengthen the stun.
right after blink try to click to move back to your team before casting, you will turn while casting and set up skewer easier.
You just need to understand which heroes you need to catch. Two heroes are enough most of the time, 5 is just dreaming. Even one hero is enough if you know your team can take him out after the RP-Skewer.

like if theres od or spectre or somehting its enough to ulti them and kill them fast, 5 man rp doenst happen every game
Rly good pushing spell at lv 16, when u get a refresher you can still have a rp for fight so cast it on large creepwave follow with shockwave to clear fast

Do you just jump and RP, or "5 MAN RP"?
or do you even think about where to land the pulled enemies from RP to make a better follow up for your teammates.
Note:
RP always pull enemies (include anyone behind him) in front of magnus if you don't know this fact yet.
