i feel like there should be a lot more achievements for things that are actually y'know, achievements.
not just grinding.

@ Marlan I agree. We wanted to launch to be pretty unoffensive in any way and plan on adding more based on feedback
I find it disturbing that Dazzle gets half the points for the same amounts of healing. Fix it please!

Also, almost all my "rarest achievements" consist of winning with a hero that happens to be a support...is that some kind of hidden mod message to tell people to pick more supports?
Well, winning as Phoenix or Huskar with 0 deaths is definitely hard. Need something more along those lines I guess.
No. Just scroll down a bit in the achievements page. 4 achievements below that "Recently Completed" Title is another title that says "Rarest Achievements"
