I get intensely excited in rare situations, like ultra kill or solo win or close win, but no, I don't have Parkinson's.

maybe it's hidden hunger/thirst/sleepiness that you don't realise since you're focused on screen? idk

                      ФАНТОМ РИКИ!!!!

                        Play Riki

                        Chaoshype

It's just adrenaline rush, chill out, the high blood pressure + glucose saturation makes your muscles twitch.

Happens to people who sit a lot in front of the PC/ at a desk. Try to change sitting-positions if you can. Moving my arms and shoulders for 2-3 min after each game works fine for me.
Problem: our bodies aren´t made to hold a static position for too long. Cure: I like to move it, move it.

If you can stand up and do few simple exercises while it's searching for a match. Wrist exercises are important. Try to do those often, when you're dead and stuff. Do some tiger paws, Heil Hitlers, closed fists, fingers stretched towards wrist for a minute or so. Otherwise you'll experience wrist pain and lower back pain in no time, and in most cases it'a hard to get rid of those once you get them.

pretty sure its nerd syndrome. does your voice shiver when youre in a stressfull/dangerous situation? such as getting stopped by a policeman or being caught without bus ticket or even starting a fight. also, i guess you get easy adrenaline rushes, even during games.

                                ФАНТОМ РИКИ!!!!

I'd say play heroes that don't require much clicking or button mashing. Like Riki.

You should take breaks. For both physical and emotional reasons.
