Blink is good for positioning in a teamfight. Shadowblade is generally picked up to get pickoffs, and it's generally harder to get pickoffs against coordinated teams.

Idk, shadow blade is still the way to go on slark in pubs, especially now when you can build it into silver edge to disable people's passive abilities.

pro games and pubs are different. for pubs sb is better, but it's player preference, choose what u prefer.

^^Exactly. I get aggravated when slark on my team gets midas as first item, complete waste of his early game window. If you have a competent team and can get it by 6min then go ahead, otherwise don't do it. Even then not always, if enemy team has something like am, np, etc. Dont play farming game just rush sb/orchid/blink w/e you need to get the kill, shut them down and snowball.

midas blink is less risky and more farm oriented compared to sblade which is pick-off based

you need vision to get pickoffs with blink, you dont need vision with sb. thats why sb is better in pubs

id say shadowblade build is more solo oriented and dagger build is more team oriented.
and its easier to push hg with aegis dagger than aegis shadowblade

look at my previous game and see the slark

Miracle got it vs LGD because he had tons of farm in early game. That's the main reason. If you have tons of farm as any right clicking carry very early, Midas is always a good pick up. Its less about it being a good item on slark, and more about the fact he was able to get it very early.

Dont think u need to get Midas on slark. Get it if u are getting absolute free farm u can get it in the first few minutes.
