Spectre's only real weakness is laning stage, and morph/sd. Shadow demon is shit, so that leaves only morph who doesnt even counter her that hard. Any sort of overpowered aggro dual will destroy her though.

I think I've lost only a single game all patch when spectre was on my team, and that was because I was playing it against windranger/pudge while the enemy AM got freefarm. Every other game it doesn't matter how bad a lane spectre gets as long as you are able to keep the enemy carries from outfarming her by a massive amount she is so much stronger/better.
