I can't confirm it, but I think most people under 3k, AKA the most populated bracket, still play him with Mask of Madness, feeding machine style.
Cause not enough shitstains watch Arise and learn something from him. Fuckin dogshits have no clue how to play the hero.

His ulti isn't as long a cooldown as Enigma and he has more utility than Enigma and he doesn't HAVE to jungle every game and is useful before he gets blink so why is the winrate so BADDDD
