if u rly want to improve ur micro skills, try starcraft/warcraft/etc., after these ones controlling 7 units will seem easy.

learn how to use TAB, and unites control hotkeys.

learn how to use 4 buttons, main hero, secondary units, all units together and swapping between units.

Also learn shift queuing, it can be very useful if you stack camps or scout with your eidolons

Just get your hotkeys together and practice a lot. I personally have a hotkey for the main hero , one for all other units , and for heroes like Meepo or Beastmaster , for example , I have a hotkey for every unit. On heroes like Enigma or Invoker with spirits and stuff you usually just need a main hero hotkey and a all other units one. Also don't forget to tab , especially on Meepo is very important. You'll see that if you just play a lot of micro heroes you will get used to it and it will come naturally. :)

Control groups. Have diffetent keys to select all other uits and select all units

Learn to move your mouse quickly, this is often overlooked. Get it to be your second nature, when playing enigma, micro the eidolons manually so they don't die. Tab does not help too much here since your eidolons are gonna be scattered all over the control group, so be sure to manually select the ones you want to pull back to reset aggro.
