I've had the same recurring issues (1 and 3) w/ Google Chrome on Android since yesterday. Another problem I had was that the page would sometimes stop loading content after a certain point (e.g. 2/3 of content) and I couldn't even refresh it.
The site is working perfectly fine with UC browser though.
Thanks for letting us know about this. We're aggressively looking to resolve an issue with our European ad network. Hopefully this should be fixed shortly!
O thanks, I have though my internet was slow or I had a virus, though it happens both on android and PC

Offtopic: I downloaded UC browser for Android and it works wonderfully. Screw google chrome. But still, I would like the problem to be solved as on PC I use Chrome

I don't know if it's only me but since today(22.07.2015) I've been encountering an issue with Dotabuff where at certain points of browsing the website,
1. the webpage starts infinitely loading
2. on the bottom it says "Waiting for server ib.adnxs.com..."
3. You can't click anywhere on the webpage (nothing happens)
4. I can barely or can't even close Google Chrome (clicking on close the tab or close the entire browser does not do anything)
I wrote this issue here as I think it's a problem with the website not with me because I couldn't recreate this issue on any other website I visit regularly.
