when my lane is shit and i have to 1v1 the offlaner more often than not ill go bottle, and in terms of laning having the free fountain trip helps
if your lane has been well supported you usually hav like aquila roh/treads when u are 6, u probably end up going 3 in wave and 4 in morph at 7 (thats the build beesa goes quite often ive seen) and you can stay at very low str and just bully out the offlaner that way, since there is no way he can kill or manfight you due to the new and improvd super high morph rate @4
note that sometimes value/clutch point in adaptive will help you alot
